FlexSols manufacturing sites are strategically located in Pompano Beach, FL: Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; Newark, NJ, and Statesville, NC. A computerized, fully integrated order management and scheduling system ensures on-time delivery of product. There are 85 film extruders operating 24 hours a day, producing the finest flexible packaging material in the world. Flexsol production capacity is approaching 300 million pounds annually, specializing in Low Density; Linear Low Density, High Density and Metallocene Linear Low Density polyethylene films and bags, in both monolayer and co-extruded formats.
FlexSol Packaging Corp is part of a polyethylene resin buying alliance with annual purchases in excess of 800 million pounds. This allows FlexSol the ability to leverage raw material costs.
